PW Marine Ltd., which sometimes refers to itself as “we” or “us” in this Billing and Return Policy.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, as well as debit cards bearing the MasterCard or Visa logo.

How does credit card payment work?

If you select credit card payment, your card will be charged on the day your order is processed for delivery or collection. You’ll receive an email confirming your final order total once your order has been assembled. A full, itemized receipt will be included with your order.

If your credit card has expired or is otherwise invalid, we will be unable to process your order. Please note that we reserve the right to collect funds for any fees owed to us resulting from incorrect credit card information or over-the-limit accounts.

We take every precaution to protect your credit card information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Can I change or cancel an order?

You may change or cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for delivery or collection. To avoid being charged for an order you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

[For orders cancelled after processing has begun, a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of stocked items may apply.]

Please note that if you make changes to an order, the price and availability of some items may change.

Can I return an item?

Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return most items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returns will not be accepted if no receipt is presented to the Salesclerk. 

For returns made after 15 days and within 30 days, a restocking fee of 20% will apply. If an item was purchased with a discount attached, 20% will be taken off the purchased price. PW Marine will allow exchanges of clothing at 30 days if sizing, color, or fit were not liked. 

Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
  • Returns are accepted for any reason, including change of mind (exclusions apply—see below).

Exclusions:

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products).
  • Electrical items (unless proven defective), open products, or intimate clothing.
  • Damage due to misuse or wear-and-tear.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment once the return has been approved.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it periodically. If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the update here.

Charge Account Policy: 

House Charge Account Policy

Our house charge accounts offer loyal retail customers convenient monthly billing. House charge accounts are for use in store only; approval is based on credit check and purchase history.

Eligibility and Application:

  • Open to customers with 6+ months of purchase history and good payment record
  • No open balances, recent returns abuse, or negative store history.
  • Approval discretionary; limits start low (e.g., $500-$2,000)
  • Minimum $500 prior spend required; accounts approved up to $2,000 credit limit.
  • Age and residency: 18+ years old, with valid government ID and local address.​
  • Basic credit check: Good payment history (no recent bounces or disputes) via store records or soft external pull.​
  • Required docs: Photo ID, contact details, and sometimes two references or proof of income.​
  • Business customers: Additional company details for pro accounts.​
  • Provide contact information, must have email and up to date address on file, and at least 2 credit references. PW Marine will not keep open, or open new charge accounts without an email attached. ALL CHARGE ACCOUNTS WITH NO EMAIL WILL BE CLOSED. PW Marine will not be mailing statements. 

Billing and Payments:

  • Purchases charged monthly; statement emailed by the 5th, due by the 20th.
  • Pay in full to avoid 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% APR) on unpaid balances.

Account Use:

  • Use in-store only for eligible merchandise 
  • Keep account active with one purchase every 90 days.

Default and Closure:

  • Late payments over 30 days may suspend account and trigger collections.
  • We reserve the right to close inactive accounts or adjust limits.
  • Balances unpaid after 60 days accrue fees and may impact credit.
  • Open balances from any division of the business (service, retail or marina) will affect your standing for credit and service calls.
