1. Payment & Stock Confirmation

• Inventory Accuracy: While we make every effort to ensure our online inventory is accurate, stock levels can fluctuate.

• Authorization vs. Charge: When you place an order, your credit card is only authorized (a temporary hold). The actual charge is not processed until we physically confirm the stock is available to fulfill your order.

• Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is found to be unavailable, we will notify you via email. We will remove the item from your order and ensure the final charge reflects only the items available.
